Among the many facts about Coco Chanel... one is that she made the tan popular. After her trip to Cannes, she came back looking sun kissed and fabulous!!! And Because of her popularity in Paris at the time, women wanted to emulate her and look like her. After her tan skin became known, having sun kissed skin was all the rage in Paris in that time. One of the most fun facts about Coco Chanel is that she had Chanel No. 5 sprayed throughout her home. I am not sure why, but I love this fact. BTW..!!

Not many people know this fun fact about Coco Chanel, but she started her career as a hat-maker. She started off small, making hats for friends. But this was not possible without the support of her love Arthur Capel, who supported her in opening her first hat boutique!!
