Denim shirts are back in style.
If you don’t have one in your closet yet, it’s a worthy investment. Other types of casual shirt are still quite similar in fabric and general aesthetics, but a denim shirt will bring something different to your wardrobe. It will add some variety.
It will still have the stigma of being primarily worn by people’s dads, but a stylish person can wear items in ways that break their stigma. It’s not the shirts themselves that give people the chic-look, it’s the way some people wear them.
I'm wearing a stripes gunjy,a knitted skirt with embellished collar on the denim with over sized clutch and a pair of gladiators adding more charm to it.
The wayfares and the accessories giving a snazzy loo
k.

Fashion Irony!

Hello People!

Fashion irony: Camouflage helps you stand out in the crowd!

If you track trends as obsessively as I do, you've probably seen a whole lot of camouflage lately. But even if you haven't, never fear— I'm here to tell you what's up with the ubiquitous print.

The anything-but-drab print is set to go strong all summer long. But how much camo is too much camo? There's a fine line between crazy-cool fashion explorer and just plain ol' crazy. We suggest opting for one bold piece, or wearing the pattern in
muted tones,can ma
ke you stand out from the crowd.

I'm wearing a sheer camo blouse with band collar, knitted skirt,Beret cap for the semi military look which to tell you I'm in love with these days! An oversized clutch with some black and golden spikes bracelets which adds to the look.

7 Fabulous Fashion Choices For 2014

HELLO!PEOPLE!!! :)
The new year will bring about some much needed change in fashion, and the fashion choices for 2014 are some of my favorites we’ve seen in a few years. This year, femininity will take priority over most fashion trends, and will change from fashion in years past dramatically. You don’t have to trade out your entire wardrobe though, so don’t worry. Just try some of these top new fashion choices for 2014 and you’ll be set to go!

1. TROUSER PANTS

I adore trouser pants and they are one of the best fashion choices for 2014 to make, no matter what body type you have. I’m preferable to them because they’re wide-legged and really help accent a woman’s shape, no matter what that is. They’re usually somewhat higher waisted, and very long, making them wonderful for elongating the leg and adding elegance to any outfit.

2.CROPPED JACKET

Cropped jackets, specifically collarless styles, are very popular this year. Paired with office attire or casual wear, cropped jackets are all over the runway right now. Since they’re a little more feminine than a blazer, they help to add a nice soft touch to a woman’s outfit, and they pair well with skirts, pants, or even over a dress.

3.PASTEL DRESSES

Pastels are going to be huge this spring, specifically in the dress department. I have to admit, my top choice for dresses is always black, but this year, it’s all about the pastels. Pink, lavender, yellow, blue, and green are all going to be huge this coming year in the dress department, and even for the office. Branch off from the boring black and blue and try something a little lighter in color this year.

4.MID-CALF SKIRTS

Skirts that hit mid-calf are another huge fashion trend this year. Sometimes known as tea skirts, these are extremely feminine and a much needed break from the shorter styles we’ve grown accustomed to in past years.

5.PLAID

Plaid is a top fashion choice this year when it comes to choosing trendy prints. No matter what your outfit, plaid is in. Choose from shirts, skirts, pants, jackets- anything! All colors are safe too, and nothing is off limits. Plaid shirts, skirts, and jackets seem to be the most popular offerings for fashion this year, but anything is game, from scarves to pants.

6.SWEATER MATERIALS

Whether in a dress, skirt, or an actual sweater, sweater material will be huge this year. It’s even appearing in swimwear for summer as well. I think I’ll leave my swimwear as it is right now, but otherwise, I’ll have to pick up a few sweater pieces next time I go shopping!

7.SHIFT BLOUSES

Shift blouses are also going to be a popular spring item to pick up and a top fashion choice for 2014. They’re dressier than a T-shirt, but cropped at the waist and made of materials like linen, polyester, and certain kinds of cotton blends. They’re usually cropped to add a dressier appeal, and they also have a wide collar to accent a woman’s neckline.
You can still keep your fashion pieces from 2013, so don’t worry, but if you’re interested in adding a fashionable touch to your outfits, try some of the trends above. What other new trends for 2014 have you spotted recently?

TO THE MAX!

Hello People!

Your Height and Weight does not matter! You can still look amazing in your Maxi dress.

The maxi dress is always on TREND!
The maxi dress has gone from being hippy chick holiday wear to being a summer staple.
Let's be honest, ladies love it because you can look like you're embracing fashion without shaving your legs.

You can wear the dress on its own- it is very bright and very comfortable.Another way to wear the dress is with a denim shirt. This will keep you warm and edge up your look. With a black sleek belt and oversized clutch and a pair of gladiators..!!

If you want to make the look more sophisticated/chic, add some classic accessories and the color silver along with or without the denim shirt. :* More denim looks, here and here.

Hope you liked it as much as I did! :) Coz this is my first maxed up experience!

MEN'S FASHION

The Men's  Fashion...!!

ANDAZ (1949) This one harks back to a time when girls were ladies, boys were gentlemen and a good suit was indispensable. A suave Dilip Kumar and a well-dressed Raj Kapoor perfectly complement the gorgeous Nargis, their shared love interest.

JEWEL THIEF (1967) The look for this film was defined by sharp suits, checked shirts, boutonnieres and a houndstooth hat. Add to that Dev Anand’s languid saunter, his trademark sideways glance and flirtatious smile, and this slick crime thriller almost turns into a homage to James Bond.

BOBBY (1973) Sharp blazers, striped ties, a leather jacket and skinny turtlenecks – Rishi Kapoor is all pedigreed polish in this iconic film. There’s a reason we’re not mentioning a young Dimple Kapadia – that could take up an entire issue.

DON (1978) Don is the ultimate fashion reference point for the Seventies, with its wide-lapel three-piece suits, flared trousers, a bow tie or two and yellow-tinted sunglasses – pulled off in a way only Amitabh Bachchan could manage. In comparison, the 2006 remake of the film doesn’t quite cut it.

PARINEETA (2005) A crisp kurta with an embroidered shawl draped over one shoulder – worn as only a Nawab could. This period film is restrained elegance at its best.
