MOVIES SURE TO MAKE YOU CRY..!!!! :(

ROMANCE…!!! IS IN THE AIR..! AND NO LOVE IS WITHOUT TEARS JUST LIKE NO FOREVER IS WITHOUT A GOODBYE..!!

Sometimes, there's just nothing like watching movies to make you cry..!! Movies are all about bringing out our emotions..those tears rolling down the cheeks and if a film is powerful enough to make you shed some tears, then it has done its job! So get your tissues ready as we go through our top 10 movies to make you cry! I will try not to spoil the movie endings for anyone, but I can't promise anything!

1.MARLEY & ME
Whether you've owned a dog before or not, "Marley & Me" is definitely one of my top movies to make you cry. Every single time I see this movie, I always have tears in my eyes! Because this movie makes you feel like you're actually growing up with the dog Marley, and because it's a movie that shows the dog's entire life...that includes the end of it. The end of the movie feels like you have to say goodbye to your own dog that you've had for the past hour and a half! It's a great story of growing up and shows just how much love a dog can bring into your life..!! It would be the same feeling as if I am losing my own dog..!!!!

2.THE NOTEBOOK
One of the most beloved love stories of the last decade, "The Notebook" made most of us go through an entire box of tissues till the last tissue!! Nicholas Sparks always has a way of writing stories that pull at our heart strings. The Notebook jumps between two stories, one about a young couple's troubled 1940s romance and an elderly husband and wife struggling to stay together in a modern-day nursing home. Plus, watching any love story where Ryan Gosling is the lead will bring us to tears just from wishing he was ours!

3.TITANIC
"I'll never let go Jack!" I think "Titanic" was the first romantic Hollywood movie of my life, and the first movie I cried over for days after it ended..!! Jack meets Rose on the Titanic and slowly shows her that there is happiness and love outside of her shallow rich world that her mother created for her. Then, when they just start falling for each other, tragedy strikes and they are thrown into trying to survive. Obviously if this made the tearjerker list, one of them doesn't make it. But in case (for some weird reason) you've never seen "Titanic" or had the ending ruined for you by now, I won't tell you which one! Then there's that famous Celine Dion movie soundtrack song "My Heart Will Go On" that can provoke tears by itself..!!!

4.GHOST
The movie "Ghost" is unique in that the male lead, Sam, dies right at the start of the movie. However, his spirit is stuck on earth to help protect his girlfriend Molly and avenge his death. Plus, now there's the added sad aspect that the amazing (and handsome) Patrick Swayze has passed in real life too. Saying goodbye to a loved one is always upsetting, but a young couple in love having to do it is always a guaranteed tearjerker. Plus there's always the super romantic pottery scene!!!!

5.A WALK TO REMEMBER
As I mentioned earlier, I think it's safe to believe that you will always need a lot of tissues when watching a film adaptation of a Nicholas Sparks book. In "A Walk To Remember," Landon is a high school bad boy who falls in love with God-loving good girl Jamie, who slowly makes him change his ways. Sadly though, Landon finds out that Jamie is dying of leukemia and tries to complete her "bucket list" before it's too late. Just reading the movie summary for "A Walk To Remember" can leave you with some tears, so it's no surprise that you will be bawling like a baby throughout the entire movie.

6.P.S. I LOVE YOU
’’P.S I Love You" has another movie summary that may make you tear up without you even seeing the film. Holly Kennedy is beautiful, smart and married to the love of her life - a passionate, funny, and impetuous Irishman named Gerry. So when Gerry dies from a tragic illness, Holly is devastated. However, before he died, Gerry wrote Holly a series of letters that will help guide her, not only through her grief, but in rediscovering herself. What could possibly be more tear-jerking than having the handsome Gerard Butler die in the beginning of a movie and then being loving enough to want his wife to be happy and find love again? I'm tearing up already just remembering it!!!

7.KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI
A full of romance and musical movie…Kuch kuch hota hai is like my all time favorite!! Shahrukh at his best..! The best love triangle..!! “Hum ek baar jeete hain ek baar marte hain..aur shaadi bhi ek hi baar hoti hai..Aur pyar Bhii...!!” Shahrukh is the only actor in the film industry who can make the ladies die in romance and shed bucket full of tears..at the same time..!!
Rahul has just lost his wife, Tina, due to childbirth. His daughter, Anjali and his mother is all he is left with. Tina has left eight letters for her daughter to read on every birthday. The eighth one is the most important. Anjali reads the letter and Tina discusses in the letter about his best friend, Anjali. There is an important task that Tina has asked her daughter to carry out. It's up to Anjali how she does it…!!

8.KAL HO NA HO
NAINA..an ideal daughter, sister, friend, guide but she is a disappointment to her large Punjabi family for the standard reason--she is not married and has no immediate intention to be. Though Naina is involved in a teasing with a fellow student, the gujju wealthy Rohit, she has closed her heart against love, a result of her father's mysterious suicide some years before. But suddenly a shooting star drops into her life in the form of Aman, an infectiously optimistic and energetic visitor from India…!! I had cried every time watching this movie..!!

9.UP
I  know it’s an animated movie..But this can also make your tears roll down your cheeks..!!
A childhood love story..of a loving and a caring couple..Carl and Ellie Fredrickson who had grown old together selling balloons as their living. They used to live in an old house where they first met. When Ellie died of old age leaving Carl alone in the house.
How he managed to reach Paradise Falls in South Africa; where they both have promised to go..!

10.BARFI
Love is easy language, but you must know to whom you wanna communicate it to.All the scene of Barfi  talks more than what he wants to talks. About Jilmil character, a person “autistic” by birth reflected a lot of emotions, lot of feelings, possessiveness; As Shruti narrates the story in a compelling way..!!

You would love to have someone to love you like this..!! After watching the movie..!!

There's nothing like a good cry, especially when you've been feeling like the world has been weighing down on your shoulders lately. It can also be a great way to bond with your girlfriends, Mom, or any other important woman in your life. To be able to connect with characters and a story so much that it makes you cry is an amazing feeling and thus why tearjerker chick flicks are so popular. What movie makes you cry like a baby every time you watch it?

HOW TO WEAR ANIMAL PRINT..!!

Animal print never goes out of fashion. In fact, every season and every year, people parrot, “Animal print is on trend!” But it’s the same print. If there’s anything new, it’s purely a matter of interpretation.
The question isn't about “should you” or “should you not” own an animal print. Every fashionista must own at least a piece of this print be it a dress, a top, a pair of shoes, a scarf or a bag. The question therefore is – how do you make it right?
Only one Large Print!
Matching colors and prints is very common in styling. However, not only does going too matchy creates a trying hard kind’a obsolete way of styling, it’s considered a big NAY when it comes to animal prints!!!
Choose only one large part of your outfit that’s wild. For instance, if your top is a leopard/tiger/zebra print, let the tights/skirt/pants be non-animal. If it’s your dress that has the print, then let your shoes be plain black or nude or Vice versa..!

Tone your leopard print down

If your outfit is too wild, tone it down. If you wear an animal print mini dress, you can tone it down by wearing a single-colored-cardigan over your dress in color that blends well with your wild print.
If you wear a leopard print tights for example, you can tone it down by wearing a knee-length boots in color palette that blends but suppresses the strongest shade of your animal print.
You can also decide for the color of your boots by taking a non-dominant shade from your other accessories. Again, in shades that complement your animal print.

Tone down your print
Another way of toning down a large wild is by carrying/wearing accessories that steals attention such as fur purse or fancy scarf. But then, their color should always be complementary.

Have Your Say

So tell me fashionistas, what are your style secrets when it comes to animal print? Do you love to integrate animal prints to your outfits????

Finally, some clarification has been given. A clothing would only be called vintage if it dates back from the years 1920-1960.  Any piece of clothing after those years are not considered vintage but retro.

Tip #1: Go for pieces with simple lines. Less complicated is best!

Inmates Hipster Style

Nowadays, teens and “hip-hoppers” particularly guys love to wear baggy pants! But hey, did you know this kind of style originated from the inmates of Los Angeles Prison? They were not allowed to wear belts so that explains the hanging style of jeans.

FASHIONABLE MOVIES THAT WILL INSPIRE YOUR WARDROBE..!!!!!

When it comes to fashionable movies, there’s a riches to pick from..!! FASHION  is inextricably linked to the movies, just as it is to music, art and even architecture. Movies often influence the trends on the catwalk, whilst there are those films (SATC anyone??) whose appeal comes in No small part from the amazing clothes worn on set..!! So, if you’re looking for a little cinematic inspiration, here are the FIVE Magnificent Fashionable Movies to inspire your wardrobe..!!

1.     The Devil Wears Prada

The brilliant Meryl Streep, with that glacial stare, gave us quite the insight into the fashion industry with her portrayal of Miranda Priestley, fashion editor extraordinaire - and rumored to be based on the immutable Anna Wintour. Shiver. Whilst the people may have been terrible, the clothes certainly weren't. I like to imagine that's how I'll dress when Vogue realizes what it's missing and hires me.

2.SATC
As mentioned before, SATC deserves an obvious place on this list. The fashion buzz surrounding this film was huge----Bigger than any other movie I can remember during my life time..!! Seriously!!

3.THE GREAT GATSBY
The Great Gatsby is yet to be released….But it’s already created a catwalk trend, nearly three seasons ago.. That’s quite the IMPACT..!! Judging from the photos from the set, we can look forward to one of the most opulent period dramas in years. Dresses designer by Prada, jewellery by Tiffany….Need I say more???

4.BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’S
No list would be complete without Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Audrey Hepburn’s adorable, damaged Holly Golightly standing outside Tiffany’s in her Givenchy black dress, pearls and those huge sunglasses. Her outfit here is quite possibly the most ICONIC in Fashion history….and in regards to inspiring our wardrobe, there are few women who don’t own an LBD..!!!

5.MARIE ANTOINETTE
I love History..!! So I had to put a little nit more period style in here. For me, Sofia Coppola’s lingering shots of Antoinette’s endless dresses, jewels, shoes, all worn by Kirsten Dunst who encapsulates that kind of coquettish innocence and naivety so well epitomizes the mood of the time… richness and poverty, beauty and waste, and so much hopelessness..!!

FACT OF THE DAY

NO EYE BROWS TREND!

Picture yourself without eyebrows. You’ll feel absolutely weird right? Check out Mona Lisa. She doesn’t have eyebrows. That’s because people from the renaissance period shaved their eyebrows off as part of their fashion.

CONS OF THE SHORT HAIR..!! BEWARE GIRLS..!!

After having a disastrous Hair cut tragedy I have got you Cons of short hair, all of those things that will make you think twice before chopping your hair off!! Have you EVER thought about listing them in hopes of determining how important they are??And these are the things you need to prepare yourself for, should you decide to go for a short cut.

1. IT’S EASY TO GET MESSED UP

First and the most annoying cons of short hair is, of course, the ease in which your perfect style can get totally messed up! Fall asleep before your hair is completely dry, sweat during the night or simply fall like a log and don’t change your sleeping position all night – you’ll wake up with a flattened portion that simply refuses to behave! Getting it back in place, of course, doesn't require much time but still…it is quite annoying!

2. REQUIRES CONSTANT MAINTENANCE

Long and medium tresses are going to look decent even if you haven’t gotten around to visit your stylist in like forever!!! BUT Short hair, on the other hand, isn't so forgiving and will require you to start seeing your stylist more often than ever before!!!

3. IT LIMITS YOUR HAIRSTYLE CHOICES

Not a really serious con of short hair, of course, as we all know there are tons of ways to get creative with your short style. What remains a fact, however, is that some styles will be off limits once you go short! And you know how it usually goes – once you have enough length to put it up in a bun, curl it or put it up in a cascading ponytail you never get around to do it. The moment you chop that length off, there’s the urge to do stuff you never did before!!! And this is really serious!!

4. HIGHER RISK OF A BAD CUT

When you have long hair, decide to cut it a bit differently and end up hating the new cut, all you have to do is sacrifice a bit more length and get a new cut or decide to rock up dos more often until it grows out! It’s hard but not as hard as receiving a botched short cut you have no idea what to do with. Do you agree? It’s the worst nightmare of every short-haired girl and the reason why a lot of gals give up the idea of short hair..!!Even ME!!

5. EXPOSED FACE

Okay!!well this is definitely a pro as far as I’m concerned! After all, what better way to show off your eyes than a short cut? Unfortunately, it also may be viewed as one of the downsides of short hair, as using your hair to hide a flaw or two won’t be possible!! No need to worry, though, as you can make your face appear leaner or more or less angular even if you opt for a short cut! But All you need is a skilled stylist who will give you a cut perfect for your face..!!

6. CHILLED WINTER

Hope you like winter accessories as you will need them once you decide to cut your hair short! You won’t have your hair to cover your ears and coil around your neck, keeping you toasty even when you forget to wear a shawl. But then again, you won’t have it coiling around your neck making summer heat even more unbearable. Let’s call it a tie, shall we?

7. LACK OF HAIRSTYLE IDEAS

Seriously..!! Have you ever tried browsing YouTube for short hairstyles? I have and trust me, everything note-worthy is already here, I've shared it with you in my post. The catch? I’m not talking about a lot of posts! Yup, that’s how scarce good, creative short hair tutorials are!Trust Me on this..!!

I know you love your short hairs, ladies, and I’m giving you both of my thumbs up for it! But surely, there must be some downsides of short hair you've noticed as well? So tell me, what’s the biggest con of short hair for you?

6 FACTS ABOUT GABRIELLE COCO CHANNEL

Although many people known the basic story of Coco Chanel and her rise to fame, there are many things about Coco Chanel that most people do not know. Her name is still a symbol of high fashion and she changed the game of clothing back in the day. And her perfume is one of the most popular fragrances today, even almost 100 years after it was created. You can always see how her experiences shaped her clothing and accessories. So behold, some fun facts about Coco Chanel. And remember: “A girl should always be two things, classy and fabulous.”

1. SHE MADE THE TAN POPULAR

Among the many facts about Coco Chanel... one is that she made the tan popular. After her trip to Cannes, she came back looking sun kissed and fabulous!!! And Because of her popularity in Paris at the time, women wanted to emulate her and look like her. After her tan skin became known, having sun kissed skin was all the rage in Paris in that time. This was unusual because up to that time, having pale skin was more common and considered more elegant than tan skin.

2. SHE SPRAYED CHANEL NO 5 THROUGHOUT HER HOME

One of the most fun facts about Coco Chanel is that she had Chanel No. 5 sprayed throughout her home. I am not sure why, but I love this fact. It says to me that Chanel enjoyed the finer things in life and wanted to be surrounded by elegance. But not only that, she wanted a constant reminder of her hard work.!! That's a great trick! BTW..!!

3. HER REAL NAME IS GABRIELLE

She was born Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel after being born in Samur. When she grew up she started a career as a singer. Because her most popular song was called “Qui qu’a vu Coco,” she quickly got the nickname Coco. And that name stuck with her throughout her fashion career..!!

4. SHE WAS A LICENSED HAT MAKER

Not many people know this fun fact about Coco Chanel, but she started her career as a hat-maker. She started off small, making hats for friends. But eventually her business started to boom and she started to expand her lines to include clothes. But this was not possible without the support of her love Arthur Capel, who supported her in opening her first hat boutique!!

5. SHE INVENTED THE LITTLE BLACK DRESS

Another one of the facts about Coco Chanel is that she is credited with inventing the ever-popular “Little Black Dress.” She introduced it in 1926, and while many designers change their fashions up every year, Chanel kept her LBD relatively the same from year to year because of its incredible popularity.

6. SHE REVOLUTIONIZED WOMEN'S CLOTHING

Another one of the  facts about Coco Chanel is that her concept of comfortable and practical clothing was groundbreaking at the time. She lived in a time where corsets were common and women were supposed to wear extravagant dresses and dainty jewelry. Chanel went against the grain and designed clothes that were for the everyday woman and were functional. Her suit became famous for its simple cut and fabric and how it flattered women without forcing them to suck in their stomachs. She also is credited with bringing costume jewelry to fame with large ornate pieces...!!
Coco Chanel is still one of the most well known names in fashion to this day. She lived an interesting life and there is no doubting that she was an incredible woman. While some people are more familiar with her clothing, it is important to know a bit about her and learn what inspired her timeless pieces. These facts about Coco Chanel show a bit about her inspiration for her clothing and accessories.

Do you know any other facts about Coco Chanel?
